Definitions:

"FairComment.com" refers to FairComment Limited;

"User" refers to any person viewing or interacting with this site, including "you";

Summary:

The site of FairComment.com is a web portal for Users and Business. For Users it provides a mechanism for consumers to register and view comments, suggestions, praise, complaints or report problems on goods or services provided the Businesses. For Businesses it provides a mechanism to review and respond to Users comments, suggestions, praise, complaints or report problems on goods or services provided by said Businesses. As such, similar to a newspaper, FairComment will report Users and Businesses comments and provide editorial comment of its own. Also similar to a newspaper it will provide relevant Business information, photographs, trademarks as deemed necessary to identify the Business without ambiguity to other organisations of similar name, function or market.

Content, opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through this site are those of their respective authors and not of FairComment.com and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content.
